The MORE Project accepts returns and/or exchanges only if the following conditions are met:
1. Items must be returned within 30 days of original invoice or store receipt date.
2. Returns and exchanges must include a copy of your invoice or store receipt. If you have misplaced these, please call The MORE Project office at (801) 208-1145 prior to shipping your return/exchange.
3. Apparel that does not show sign of wear or damage can be returned or exchanged. All DVD’s and CD’s must be unopened, unused and accounted for.
4. If there is a discrepancy with your order or you received it in a damaged condition, it must be reported to The MORE Project office within 5 business days of receipt to be eligible for recourse.
5. Shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping charges are not reimbursable.
6. Please allow up to 30 days to process a refund or exchange.
